How can management capitalize on Digital Young Leaders ?
The Digital Natives are entering the employment market.
Will they create their own start-up? Will they join a start-up? Or a large traditional company? Or will they become an entrepreneur and a salaried employee at the same time? What are their goals in their lives and careers, and in this strategy, if there is one, what is the place of company "brands" and their image?
Are the "big" companies capable of understanding them, winning them over, welcoming them in, earning their loyalty?
How will they capitalise on this pool of energy and commitment which is expressed differently from their elders?
