No grapes were harmed in making this wine
This Silicon Valley startup aims to make great wine without grapes.
Considering that wine is a set of molecules, the idea is to analyse the composition of fine wines and reproduce it.
As there will be no need to grow vines or wait for the wine to age, it should cost a lot less.
Under competition from molecular recompositions, will conventional "natural" products become a luxury?
