Use of the Netexplo platform (hereinafter referred to as the \""Website\""), implies full acceptance of the general terms and conditions of use outlined hereunder. These general terms and conditions of use may be modified or amended at any time, with users of the Website being invited to consult these regularly.
The Website is accessible by invitation only.
The Website is regularly updated by HappeningCo, owner of the Netexplo brand, Similarly, legal notices may be amended at any time: they shall however remain binding on users who are invited to refer to them as often as possible.

2. Website presentation.

This Website is the property of HappeningCo, a simplified joint stock company entered on the Trade and Companies Register under number B447906165 and with SIRET code 447.906.165.000.17 and having its registered office at 9, rue Leroux, 75116 Paris,
The current version of the Website was designed by HappeningCo and developed by U-Pro, 40, rue Anatole France 92300, Levallois-Perret, which is responsible for the Website maintenance.

3. Description of services provided.

The purpose of the Website is to develop and measure the digital awareness (digital culture) of company employees, through online video training programmes.

4. Contractual limitations pertaining to technical data.

The minimum settings required to access the Website are the following:
Operates on Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari and Internet Explorer 8+
On mobile or tablet devices, the platform operates on browsers built in to operating systems
Adobe Flash 10.2+ plugin and HTML5 video (iOS)
Website users hereby undertake to access the Website by using hardware which meets the minimum requirements stipulated above and which does not contain viruses.

5. Intellectual property.

The names Netexplo and Netexplo Academy are trademarks duly registered by HappeningCo.
HappeningCo owns all intellectual property rights or holds rights of use for all information accessible on the Website, including text, images, videos, graphics, icons and sounds.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation in whole or in part of the information on the Website, whatever the means or procedure used, is prohibited without the prior written consent of HappeningCo.
Any unauthorised use of the Website or any information included thereupon shall be considered as counterfeit and legal action may be taken pursuant to the provisions set forth under articles L.335-2 et seq of the Intellectual Property Code.

6. Limitation of liability.

HappeningCo may not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages caused to the user's hardware, while accessing the Website, and resulting either from use of hardware which fails to meet the specifications set forth under point 4, or from the presence of a bug or incompatibility.

7. Personal data.

All personal data collected on the Website and processed has been declared to the Data Protection and Freedom of Information Authority (CNIL) under approval number 183056.
HappeningCo is responsible for processing this data.
Data collected on the Website is nominative and intended for use by HappeningCo and companies involved in the programme.
Pursuant to the provisions set forth under articles 38 et seq of law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, the Data Protection and Freedom of Information Act, all users have a right to access, amend and object to personal data relating to them, and can exercise this right by sending a signed letter, along with a copy of a valid identity document bearing a signature, indicating the address to which the response should be sent.

This Website includes a certain number of hypertext links to other websites, included with the consent of HappeningCo. However, HappeningCo is unable to verify the content of any websites then visited, and shall not accept any liability resulting from this.
